As a Legal & Contract Specialist, you will work together with the local and global teams to support Infineon's corporate divisions by providing legal advice.

In your new role you will:

• Provide legal support to R&D Consortium Agreements for projects publicly funded by German national authorities;
• Provide legal support to the Procurement team for contracts with services and equipment suppliers;
• Manage communication with internal interfaces with regard to the projects under your responsibility;
• Be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and maintaining other types of agreements;
• Work with document automation tools and other platforms used by the company as part of the contract lifecycle management system.

You have excellent attention to detail combined with your organized way of working. You thrive in an international environment and your team spirit allows you to easily foster fruitful collaborations with others. Moreover, you demonstrate strong communication skills, being able to work independently and structure your own work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelors or Master's degree in Law, or a similar field of studies;
• At least 3 years of experience with legal topics or in a similar role;
• Strong demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating contracts;
• Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and other tools such as DocuSign;
• Fluency in German with knowledge of legal terminology;
• Fluency in English.
