We have a great opportunity for Dutch speakers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your Profile:


  • You are fluent in Dutch.
  • You are proficient in English (B2).
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit.
  • Customeroriented mindset.
  • EU resident, or valid work permit.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not required.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies/procedures.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure that clients are supported at all times with the right information.
  • Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support.
