JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Integrator and IT Support, you will be involved in the support of our collaborative platform.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents in the platform;
  • Provide level 2 support and consultancy;
  • Be involved in continuous improvement of the system and in operational conditions;
  • Maintenance of the platform.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Level 4/5 in Computer Science, Electronic or similar. Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or similar will be a plus;
  • More than 5 years of experience;
  • Knowledge of one or more OS (Linux, Windows) and Networks;
  • Mastery of several scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Python, Ansible, among others);
  • Fluency in English is required. An intermediate level in French is a plus.
