Main Accountabilities:
The International Technical & Product Specialist will help drive IntoCare product sales through the execution of sales-facing technical training and product marketing programs and the flawless execution of physician-facing medical education, technical and proctoring programs.
This individual will support and implement a comprehensive International technical-education program as part of a broad product portfolio commercialization effort.
The individual is also expected to provide active support to the sales organization (including the execution of field- based clinical & technical marketing support).
The International Technical & Product Specialist will partner with sales & marketing leadership and the field sales organization to develop regional Surgeon Champions and KOLs for IntoCare technology and gather input from the sales organization to drive product improvements and development.
This position will also work closely with marketing in the execution of events such as Local and National trade shows, which includes all preparations required for company participation.
Competencies:
- Technical, product & procedure "Expertise" in Laparoscopic surgery and IntoCare competitive product / solution offering.
- 3+ years' experience selling manual and/or powered stapling devices. Surgical Stapling experience a must to include an understanding of competitive stapling portfolios.
- Proven trackrecord in technical training targeting sales function is must. Experience designing and executing physicianfacing education programs is a plus.
- Detailed and successful experience participating in the launch of new products in the mínimally invasive device arena.
- Documented expertise in supporting the development of technical, education and / or proctoring programs and initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand company strategy, economic drivers, and industry trends and shifts.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and develop.
- Customer centric attitude with an ability to understand customer painpoints and develop key action plan to solve problems.
- Key Account competency with ability to communicate at Executive and senior level.
Salary: 2,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
