Our client is a leading global sugar refiner and marketer, producing an extensive range of products for various sectors. They operate multiple refineries across North America and the European Union, with several prominent names as brand portfolios.

The open position focuses on developing and coordinating training programs and materials, enhancing employee skills and performance, and guiding operational trainers in on-the-job training for new and existing staff.

The Product Data Coordinator, reporting to the Lead Coordinator, plays a crucial role in the New Product Development Team.

This role focuses on gathering data and documentation for both new and existing products and ingredients, ensuring compliance and data integrity within the SAP PLM system.

The position demands strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet regulatory and quality standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading SAP PLM based Product Life Cycle Management.
Collaborating with suppliers for ingredient documentation.
Ensuring compliance and analyzing technical attributes.
Managing documentation in SAP and creating various product specifications.
Advising on product life cycle coordination and data quality initiatives.
Spearheading Continuous Improvement projects.

YOUR PROFILE

15 years of experience in Data Management or Documentation Analysis.
Familiarity with SAP / PLM; experience in the Food & Beverage or CPG industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Data Science, Biology, etc.).
Strong adaptability, relationshipbuilding, continuous learning, dependability, resultoriented, initiative, and teamwork skills.
Fluency in English; multilingual preferred.
