Your Work-life Opportunity


In the context of the continuously growing sector of food delivery, the Food Innovation team inside Glovo has the mission to innovate around new food concepts and maximize value for our partners and customers.

We are looking for a Franchise AM Intern to help in the expansion of our virtual franchises within Portugal.

You will be the point of contact of our franchisees to help them grow their business.


Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

  • Help us onboard new franchisees making sure everything is ready for launch day
  • Ensure franchisees have visibility on the evolution of their main KPI's and how that impacts their growth and profitability, so they are aligned on working towards improving them and exceeding our high standards
  • Verify that franchisees are aware of marketing campaigns so they can plan their shifts and purchases accordingly
  • Be ready to solve any kind of franchisee's problem that may arise
  • Build trust relationships with our franchisees to ensure we get continuous feedback from them to keep improving the model
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You Have:


  • Availability for 6 months fulltime internship
  • Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales
  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented
  • Problem solving, perfect written and spoken communication
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is a must
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
