Job description:

The challenge we have for you

Monitoring alerts management, according procedures and defined processes
Incident management: detection through monitoring tools, troubleshooting, resolution or L2 escalation.
Contribution to service improvements: existing documentation updates and / or new creation

Profile:

Motivation to learn and to grow in the Cegid organization.
Any previous experience in the following technologies will be a plus: Citrix, IIS, Linux, Microsoft Azure, Scrum, SQL, Oracle, VMware, Windows Server.
Proactive and willing to work with multiple technologies and platforms.
Good attitude and communication skills.
Good English professional speaking is required. French is a plus.
