    Desempenhar um papel fundamental para a eficiência operacional da cadeia de abastecimento da Grupel – analisar e otimizar os processos, garantir uma gestão eficaz de fornecedores, controlo de stocks, prever e preparar a cadeia de abastecimento para a procura de mercado, monitorizar o desempenho da mesma através de KPI's, mitigar riscos e garantir conformidade com as melhores práticas, reportando ao Supply Chain Director.

    DESCRIÇÃO DA FUNÇÃOAnálise e otimização de processos: avaliar continuamente os processos da cadeia de abastecimento para identificar ineficiências, bottlenecks e oportunidades de melhoria; desenvolver e implementar estratégias para otimizar esses processos, aumentando a eficiência operacional e reduzindo custos;Gestão de fornecedores: colaborar com a equipa de compras para garantir uma gestão eficaz de fornecedores, incluindo a seleção, avaliação de desempenho e negociação de contratos; garantir que os fornecedores cumprem os padrões de qualidade e prazos estabelecidos;Gestão de stocks: supervisionar o controlo de stocks, garantindo o equilíbrio entre a disponibilidade de produtos e os custos de manutenção de inventário; implementar estratégias de gestão de stocks para minimizar obsolescência e garantir capacidade de resposta às necessidades de produção;Gestão da procura: colaborar com a equipa de Marketing e Vendas para prever a procura futura e garantir que a cadeia de abastecimento está preparada para dar resposta às necessidades do mercado;Monitorização e relatórios: desenvolver sistemas de monitorização (dashboards) para analisar o desempenho em real-time da cadeia de abastecimento e o seu cumprimento de KPI's; elaborar high-level reports com insights sobre desempenho e oportunidades de melhoria;Gestão de riscos: identificar e mitigar riscos potenciais na cadeia de abastecimento, como interrupções de fornecimento, problemas de qualidade ou flutuações nos preços das matérias-primas;Conformidade e sustentabilidade: garantir que todas as operações estejam em conformidade com regulamentos e normas relevantes, e promover práticas sustentáveis na cadeia de abastecimento;Ensino Superior em Gestão ou Engenharia (preferencialmente Engenharia e Gestão Industrial);Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em funções semelhantes, com conhecimentos sólidos de Supply Chain;Conhecimentos avançados de PowerBI, Excel ou outras ferramentas de análise estatística e/ ou reporting;Inglês fluente (obrigatório).
