We are looking for a talented and accomplished

Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.

As a

Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Receive guidelines from Talent Acquisition Manager and deploy them to the team
  • Attend BU Reviews/Meetings and promote recruitment
  • Attend Hiring calls and guarantee recruitment requests opening in a timely manner and that planning is aligned with company's interests
  • Briefing Operations about status of recruitment and bottlenecks
  • Identify development opportunities for Recruiters together with Recruitment Trainer and Quality
  • Lease with other departments
  • Follow up with recruitment laws updates
  • Control absences of the team (holidays and bank hours)
  • Coordinate internal transfer procedures/liaise with HR
  • Identify capacity needs attrition risk and increase of hiring volumes
  • Approve requests in Sumpt
  • Identify needs of development and coach recruiters
  • Develop process and procedures inside Talent Acquisition team
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Fluency in
    English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross functional team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge is valued).
  • Experience in Team Management and/or Recruitment.
  • Innovative.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable to change and thrive in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problemsolving and associates relation abilities.
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Availability to go to Porto office.
