IT Service Manager for DPAM (m/f) – Remote (Lisbon)

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.
We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
IT Service Manager for DPAM (m/f) – Remote (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:

• Between 3 to 6 years of proven relevant professional experience in global IT operations

• Involvement in building IT solutions or operating IT solutions from a service perspective

• Monitoring and reporting KPIs and setting up SLA concepts

• Experience working with technical teams

• Experience with service providers and management and monitoring of services

• Cybersecurity knowledge

• Knowledge in Azure and Kubernetes will be appreciated

• Certification in ITIL is a plus

• German speaker will be appreciated

• Fluency in English
