Our client is a broadcaster of premium channels, as well as an aggregator and the second largest distributor of pay-TV packages in Europe.

They are offering services like:
TV platform, OTT platform and film distribution.
We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our team in Aveiro.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

As a Customer Support you will:

Prepare, maintain and review purchasing records
Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Client's query types: invoicing, subscription, service troubleshooting

What do we expect?

You speak French (at least C2 level):

You live in Aveiro (Portugal) and you are ready to work in our office there

What do we offer?

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.

785€ gross x 14 months,

up to 140€ gross performance bonus (x12 months),

20€ transport bonus / month (permanent monthly supplement)
