Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at Unbridaled, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base within the jewelry & diamond industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and onboard customers onto our marketplace.


Requirements:

• At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
• A strong understanding of the diamond market, grading standards, and pricing trends
• Extensive professional network within the US diamond retailers, designers, and manufacturers that source diamonds.

Responsibilities:


Customer Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential customers, including retail jewelers, designers, and manufacturers. This will entail travel to visit and close customers.

• Cold calling is a must and the person should be very comfortable making cold calls
• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and convert new users onto Unbridaled.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, negotiations, and closures. Utilize our CRM to keep accurate records of interactions and effectively manage the sales process.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers, influencers, and stakeholders in the diamond jewelry industry. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Unbridaled's mission and value.
• Reporting: Provides regular reports on sales activities progress and result to the management team, Use data

- driven insights to refine strategies and achieve targets.
