- Develop a portfolio strategy, assortment & planograms recommendation for trade partners
- Support Marketing and Sales departments with Shopper Marketing / Assortment & Shelf strategy
- Develop category management projects with key Clients; steer project implementation & follow-up on results
- Guarantee innovation listing & shelf-visibility in launch momentums
- Analyze own assortment performance & market trends/development in each key client
- Support Field Team with Shopper / Category intel and shelf guidelines
- Min. 2 years of experience in Shopper Marketing / Category Management
- Educational Background related to Business Administration and Economics
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- Analytical thinking
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate / deal with stakeholders
- Good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Location: Lisbon or nearby based
