Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing post-sales support to the company's clients nationwide;Assisting the sales network as a product specialist;Maintaining daily communication between the sales and post-sales teams, acting as a liaison;Providing personalized consulting services to clients regarding the usage and maintenance of products.

You must have experience in laboratory environments and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or Pharmacy. Experience in immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics is also required. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is necessary. Additionally, availability for nationwide business travel is required, with 70% of clients located in Lisbon and 30% in Porto.
