We currently have a job opportunity for IT Support for Porto District.

Objectives

IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, troubleshooting and solves technical problems, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks infrastructure, printers, scanners, and general hardware/software
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provide remote/physical support across the company
Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary
Supporting any IT needs during the new Clinics/Hospitals integration, acquisition processes and setting up accounts for new users
Supporting at Office 365 setup and configuration
Supporting Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10/11
SQL Database Management
Installing and troubleshooting over all network (VPN, Active Directory, TCP/IP issues, VLANs, etc.)

Must Have:

Knowledge at Asterisk Telephony System
Knowledge at Mikrotik Routing and switching
Knowledge at Microsoft Dynamics NAV Software
Knowledge at Wintouch Software
Knowledge at PowerBI development KPIs
Knowledge at basic Linux OS
Knowledge at Hosting, Domains and Wordpress admin

Profile and Experience

At least experience over 2 years
Good interpersonal relationship
Dynamic, Proactive and self-motivated
Very good troubleshooting skills

Required Qualifications

Although a formal degree might not always be necessary in an IT Support role, tertiary qualifications can include the following:
Computer Science
Computing
Engineering
IT Degree

Others

Driving License
Availability to travel at short term
