Job Description:


We are looking for a Global PMO Support role who will be part of the Global PMO team establishing of a global standard process: consistent experience for all irrespective of where in the world the project is being delivered.


Knowledge sharing and learning is important for the establishment of this Global support team and the importance of supporting all Regions in the same way.

As PMO Support, you are working close to the Regional Project Manager with supportive administrative tasks.

In your role you focus on the quality of the projects, and you identify timely bottlenecks and risks. You can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously and exceed expectations.


What you will do

  • You will be part of a Global PMO Team supporting the Regional Project Management teams across the Globe
  • Follow the Global standard approach supporting the Project Managers with key admin tasks for the success of the Project
  • Responsible for updating tools, like our internal ERP with for example request projects to be set up, updating budgets,
follow-up timesheets, check invoices are triggered and payments done

  • Ensure Global processes are followed
  • Ensure and Support the Project Manager to make sure the resources are fully planned for the Project and adjust when needed
  • You will follow change control procedures, ensuring changes are prepared in the correct way and signed off by customers
  • Your interpersonal and organizational skills enable you to keep all stakeholders satisfied and updated on the progress of the project.
