Your Profile:


  • You're fluent in German and can communicate at a high level in English (C1).
  • Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
  • You currently live in Portugal.
  • You have a high focus on customer satisfaction and have active listening skills.
  • You are patient and enjoy helping others.
  • Able to identify and troubleshoot client queries.
  • Team player who is tech savvy and able to multitask.
  • You have a valid work permit for the EU.
  • You have a car or method of transport to get to the office located in Santa Maria da Feira, 20 minutes from Porto.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Use a CRM system to record data.
  • Manage client's orders.
  • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customers' inquiries.
  • Provide top quality customer service experience for clients.
  • Answer customer questions or doubts.
  • Help customers from Germany.
