Y5 Group - Food & Hospitality, is a restaurant chain, specialized in Asian Fusion Cuisine, based in
Braga district area, which incorporates
Mikado Restaurants (Braga and Vila Nova de Famalicão), Miyuki Sushi and Mikadinho.

We are now up for a new challenge, and are recruiting a _
Cook (M/F)_, who will integrate our kitchen division, and create the most inspiring exotic dishes, taking our taste buds on an asiatic journey.

Professional experience as a Cook (minimum 1 year of experience);
Training and Knowledge on Asian Fusion Cuisine and Coal Grilling
Rubata (mandatory);
Experience on
Wok and
fryer;
Responsibility and Accountability;
Teamwork;
Great communication skills proficient in english and/or portuguese (preferential);
Training and knowledge about Sanitation and Hygienization Standards (HACCP);

What are the
main tasks as a Cook in our restaurants:

Prepare and execute all dishes of the current menu, by using the grill, wok, stove, oven, among others;
Execute the mise en place of the service preparation of all the ingredients to use;
Store all products and ingredients by acknowledging their conservation and quality;
Organize and clean the kitchen installations, equipment and utensils. Application of the safety and sanitation norms and procedures.

Perfil:

Experiência profissional como Cozinheiro(a) (mínimo 1 ano);
Experiência profissional em wok, fritadeira, grelhador a carvão e chapa;
Sentido de responsabilidade e vontade de aprender;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e relação interpessoal;
Capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
Apresentação cuidada;
Atitude positiva e profissional;
Disponibilidade imediata;

Funções:

Preparação do menu alimentar vigente, utilizando wok, grelhador a carvão, chapa e fritadeira;
Execução do mise en place de Cozinha;
Limpeza e higienização associada à função;
Apoio nas diversas tarefas de funcionamento de uma cozinha.
