Job summary
We are hiring a General Manager (GM) to lead day-to-day operations—supporting our team, maintaining high property standards, and building strong, trusted relationships with owners, while ensuring the business continues to perform well commercially.Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Lead daily office operations and supervise admin/operations staff
Set clear expectations, maintain service standards, and ensure follow-through across teams
- Bookings & Calendar Control: Own channel management and ensure availability, pricing, and listing accuracy are consistently aligned across all platforms
Create and send booking quotes promptly and professionally when needed
Oversee reservations workflow from inquiry to departure, ensuring a high-conversion guest journey
