Your Role :Your role is a key leadership position responsible for both technical and managerial aspects within a software development team. This role combines expertise in software architecture and design with strong management skills to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your primary responsibility is to define the overall structure and design of complex software systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and other architects, to analyze requirements, identify technical challenges, and propose effective solutions. Your architectural decisions will shape the system's scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. You will also play a crucial role in selecting the appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to be used by the development team. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will assume a management role within the team. This involves providing leadership and guidance to a group of software developers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to meet project goals and deadlines. As a team lead, you will foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promote knowledge sharing, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and career development.

Your Responsibilities:

Take a leading management role and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Develop and communicate a strategic software architecture vision that aligns with business goals and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine project requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software solutions.
Design and document the overall system architecture, including software components, interfaces, and dependencies.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools used in the development process.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Master's degree in computer science or similar.
Multiple years of work experience as a Software Architect.
Exceptional knowledge of software architecture patterns, principles, and best practices.
Bonus: Frontend development using one or more of modern web JS frameworks (Angular >v14 preferred) is beneficial.
Confidence with tools like Maven, Jenkins, Git and ideally IntelliJ IDEA, Docker, OpenShift or AWS.
Interest in working with agile methodologies and further developing agile strategies.
High level of initiative, team and communication skills as well as a goalorientated and structured working method.
Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
English proficiency in speaking and writing.
