The team you will be a part of


The Real Estate Office PMO team at Nokia works tirelessly to deliver smooth technology experiences to both Nokia employees and external users globally.

We are dedicated to supporting Nokia's digital journey to boost the company's performance and competitiveness.

As the IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all Real Estate-initiated office projects related to IT infrastructure across geos.

You will ensure that services like LAN, WAN, WLAN, Voice, Video, and Print are built and implemented seamlessly. Join our team and make an impact on Nokia's digital transformation


What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create project plans and timelines that align with business objectives
  • Monitor project progress and initiate corrective actions as necessary
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date


As the IT Project Manager at Nokia, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, responsible for managing projects from concept to implementation.

With your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, you will ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project success.

Additionally, your passion for managing projects end to end and being an excellent team player will make a valuable contribution to our organization.


Your skills and experience

You have:

  • IT experience with 16+ years, including 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools & Processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management & conflict resolution

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Engineering/Business Administration Degree
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure domain
  • Experience in managing large and complex IT infrastructure projects
  • Sound financial management experience
  • PMP certification
