The Documentation Matching Analyst is responsible for checking the integrity and accuracy of booking and help managing the subsequent risks undertaken by business lines.The position requires verifying legal confirmations electronic or physical according to International Swaps and Derivatives Association definitions approved confirmation templates industry recommendations best practices ensuring archival incoming confirmations monitor workflows timely matching confirmations identify solve financial legal discrepancies incoming confirmations resolve queries exceptions understanding effective escalation timely resolve mark-ups outstanding trade confirmations daily liaison customers discrepancies assisting confirming meet clients needs expectations internal group policies procedures place maintaining excellent relationships external clients understand organisation expectations liaising drafting teams Legal Trading Sales agree documentation Counterparties daily responsibility verbally confirming trade details continuous review processes controls ensuring high level of risk management ensure Static Data setup linked new existing clients maintain working relationships Front office Trading Sales Legal Compliance IT Operational areas Paris Montreal Singapore globally through daily interactions proactively contribute improve team effectiveness Continuous Improvement approach.
