What you'll be doing
This role plays a critical part in our success strategy.

It's about nurturing relationships with our current customers, expanding and growing our engagement with not just existing key stakeholders but identifying and bringing new stakeholders on a journey ensuring we nurture and develop these relationships.

What we're looking for are people that want to help clients win an unfair share of talent; that believe Kelly can help customers make a difference.

The experience we hope you'll bring

You'll have previous experience of a customer-facing role within the recruiting industry, one where your success has relied on you building strong, value-driven partnerships with your key customers, be they colleagues or clients.

You'll be naturally curious, someone who enjoys building relationships with others, has great empathy, and can collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people across the European region.

The results we're looking for from this role
This role is about increasing the awareness of Kelly as a business in our existing customers.

It's about helping us continuously improve our current solutions to our customers but also look to expand what we offer and help our clients grow through the talent we bring to them.

It's all about adding value.
