THE ROLE


As an Admin Analyst, at Indie Campers, you will work in close cooperation with the other teams to ensure that the flow of admin tasks is correctly executed, such as dealing with multi-company correspondence, ensuring it's properly treated, stored and answered, make recommendations for the development, implementation, and improvement of operations, services, and budgets, as well as ensuring good communication with suppliers.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Reception, categorization and daily distribution of mail/parcels and digital post;
  • Preparation of computers and welcome kits for the new joiners;
  • Control of expenses related to office maintenance and monthly reconciliation of consequent invoices;
  • Control of stock regarding material and merchandising;
  • Communication with suppliers, and resolution of accounting discrepancies;
  • Support the organisation and management of corporate events;
  • Involvement in various projects that, directly or indirectly, affect the Office Management department or others when administrative support is needed.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or similar;
  • Eligible for IEFP Internship;
  • Full English proficiency (mandatory);
  • Full proficiency with Excel/Google sheets;
  • High levels of organisation and adaptability;
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.

OUR GROWTH LAB PROGRAM:

This position is a part of our Growth Lab Program.


What is it?
A 3-year graduate program that helps recent graduates to kick-start their career in an international and fast-paced environment.

This program focuses on learning by doing and developing soft and hard skills, whilst being mentored by industry experts.


During this time you'll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Indie Campers' future challenges and work on how to better tackle them as well as gaining a lot of industry knowledge.

This program encourages fast growth and a high level of retention, so during the first year, you'll be doing an IEFP Professional Internship and upon performance assessment, you'll join our team permanently.
