Intune Consultant (m/f/d) in devicemanagement

Permanent position, full-time -Cologne Your tasks

The device management team looks after over 120,000 end devices(Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and iPadOS) at various locations,both remotely and on site. It is responsible for the maintenance,care and further development of the client environment.

You are responsible for the introduction of MicrosoftIntune (Endpoint Configuration Manager), optionally also forDefender for Endpoint at our customers, and the continuous furtherdevelopment of all environments. You support your colleagues(m/f/d) with training and help with problems and technicalquestions.

• Conductingpre-sales workshops with customers regarding modern MDM solutions.
• Support with quotation calculations and costestimates
• The introduction of MicrosoftEndpoint Manager as a holistic EMM solution for our customers
• The creation of all documentation andimplementation of training courses
• The(further) development of the various environments, in particularwith regard to current security recommendations and standards
• Simplifying administrative activities withthe help of scripts
• Participation in theplanning, control and support of IT projects and plans (e.g. macOSmajor updates, QA measures, further development of theinfrastructure)
• The creation of concepts andinstallation instructions

Your profile

• You havesuccessfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (orcomparable) or an IT degree and have already gained several yearsof professional experience
• You haveextensive administration knowledge of common operating systems in abusiness environment
• You are very familiarwith the Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Ideally,you also have experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint andpossibly other Microsoft security products
• You work just as well independently as part of a team
• A good technical understanding, a pronounced service andsolution orientation as well as a structured and careful way ofworking characterize you
• Ideally, you have aclass B driving license
• Fluent written andspoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage

Your experience

Desirable (sound knowledge) in the following areas:

• You are confident in using Microsoft EndpointManager and, ideally, have already gained experience with Defenderfor Endpoint
• You are familiar with Microsofttechnologies (Windows client and server operating systems, ActiveDirectory, group policies)
• Ideally, you havealready had contact with the administration of smartphones andmacOS devices
• You have gained experience inIT projects
• You are familiar with thecreation of concepts and installation instructions
