Beauty Customer Service - Dutch speaker M/F/X

-> Responsabilities:


You'll provide Consumer Care servicing solutions for complex inquiries, using problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills to answer questions, provide product education and ensure swift resolution of consumer concerns.

You also provide advanced sales servicing, ensuring a complete experience for our consumers.

Part of your daily activities will be_:

  • Sets and maintains the highest levels of service for our consumers and guests
  • Provides advice, answers questions, and promotes our brands in every interaction
  • Provides advanced sales through servicing to ensure well rounded and complete beauty solution for consumers
  • Places orders, resolves technical queries, and undertakes associated administrative activities
  • Provides first contact resolution on service inquiries and complaints, as well as more complex consumer questions and complaints on a wide variety of topics.
  • Liaises with leadership and other teams to ensure a full resolution for the consumer
  • Understands the potential risk to the business of some inquiries/complaints and shows awareness of when cases need to be escalated to an I&E advisor or Team Leader (i.e. Social Media public posts that can turn viral, etc).

-> Profile:


  • Fluent in Dutch;
  • Fluent in English minimum B2 is mandatory;
  • Great listening and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Aptitude for problemsolving;
  • Dynamism and team spirit;
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).

Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);


Offer:

Starting date : 22/05/2023_

  • Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
  • Initial training during 10 working days
  • Work schedule : 8h/day from Monday to Friday, between 07:00h 19:00h and from Saturday to Sunday, between 08:00h 18:00h with 2 days off/week.

Contract length: 12 months


Salary: 1,100.00€ - 1,400.00€ per month
