Job Description:

Your contribution to something big:

Support in coordinating daily tasks in sales operations for our sales team across Africa;
Identification, assessment and development of proposals to standardize and harmonize processes related to logistics and sales operations;
Support in administrative tasks such as price list updates and product data management;
Follows up with customers, the sales team, our business units and plants regarding ongoing projects in product management;
Supporting marketing activities such as website updates, catalogue updates, and customer events.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:

Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration or closely related fields;
Familiarity with SAP is a plus;
Being selfdirected, selfmotivated and keen to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to work within a team in an international environment;
Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
Good communication skills;
Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
French knowledge is a plus.
