Your job Are you passionate about safeguarding critical infrastructure from cyber threats? Do you thrive in a dynamic, international environment? Join our team as an OT Security Manager and play a key role in securing our Group Production facilities worldwide.
In this newly created role; you will be the link between production and CIT (Corporate Information Technology) on all matters related to OT-Security.
You will be responsible for for developing, testing, and deploying OT security standards, guidelines, and technical protocols across our global facilities.
Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting specialist departments as they design, manufacture, and test security concepts and architectures.You will work closely with departments, guiding them in defining security requirements for new manufacturing projects and ensuring compliance during acceptance tests.
Your role will also involve conducting comprehensive security checks, performing gap analyses, and creating actionable plans and roadmaps to address potentialvulnerabilities.
You will collaborate with various departments to monitor the implementation of security measures and act as a dedicated point of contact for all OT security-related queries, providing expert advice and support.
Your profile As an OT Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our operational technology environments and shape the future of OT security.
After completing your education, you have worked in production or a production-related environment for several years, gaining a general understanding of IT and OT security while also possessing a strong IT affinity.
Your understanding of IT and information security principles will be instrumental in enhancing overall cyber resilience.Your expertise in IT infrastructure operations allows you to bridge the gap between IT and OT, creating cohesive security solutions.
Your open and communicative personality makes it easy for you to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams, in order to effectively communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You have the capacity to articulate security matters to senior executives, and driving support and awareness at the highest level.
You can communicate effectively in German and English, both in writing and verbally, and you enjoy working in a global setting.
You are willing to travel internationally to get a first-hand impression of OT Security at local production sites.The Zumtobel Group:
