Your responsibilities:

Support the Program/Project Managers in tracking status of program/project deliverables and milestones supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle;
Ad hoc project/programme support shortterm and longterm and) ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and uptodate;
Dedicated project reporting for various stakeholders, monitor key operational metrics (reporting assistance with Project Board presentations, etc.);
Participate in selected project meetings & host minor project meetings (actions, issues)
Update/maintenance of action, issue and risk logs;
Active participation in development of PMO team in terms of developing new solutions, search for optimisation and best practices, supporting junior team members;
Assist with strategy assignments as requested by management.

Our requirements:

English language at least C1 level excellent/fluent both written and spoken;

years of experience in working on structured projects as support/assistant/junior or assisting PM;

Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel);
Attention to the details and problemsolving skills, proactive and challenge status quo;
Experience with managing or cooperating with a greater number of stakeholders;
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others) and project management tools (e.g. Clarity PPM, JIRA, other)
Knowledge of Power BI, Visio;
SharePoint would be an asset;
Ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment and carry out multiple tasks at the same time;
Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
Confident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally.
