    The professional to be recruited will join the sales team of a leading Portuguese real estate company.

    Principais responsabilidades

    • Sales strategy development (Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals; Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats; Sales planning and forecasting);
    • Management and monitoring the sales team;
    • Customer monitoring and management;
    • Contract Negotiation (Lead negotiations with potential buyers; Review and approve sales contracts, Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance);
    • Conduct market research;
    • Develop and manage the sales department budget;
    • Generate regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management;
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as development and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
      Perfil desejado
      • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
      • Professional experience in Sales, preferably in the real estate sector;
      • Ability to communicate with different stakeholders;
      • Proactive and Committed;
      • Energetic and Organized;
      • High level of negotiation skills;
      • User-friendly computer skills;
      • Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
