Job Purpose:
Prepare and record daily Bank entries by compiling and analysing account information;
Responsible for daily controls/revision on the Bank reconciliation process;
Responsible for monthly/ quarterly and annual Bank Reconciliations;
Month end Bank evidences;
Continuous improvement processes related to bank reconciliations;
Perform other reporting duties or ad-hoc tasks as required by the line manager.

Responsibilities:

Accounting:
Project schedule, with milestones, due dates, and status Bank reports preparation.
Any other project and assignment that may be assigned.

Requirements:

Academic Degree in Accounting
At least 3-5 years of work experience in finance/accounting area
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles;
English language;
Spanish preferrable
Microsoft Excel skills;
Knowledge of SUN accounting is an advantage;
Pro-active approach to their work;
Highly focused, motivated, and self-directed;
Strong planning and organization skills;
Detail oriented;
Good communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills.
