    About Our Client Our client is a well-known multinational service provider company (listed company).

    Job Description Responsible for P&L, increasing its revenue, growing Region company's business, finding new business opportunities, and increasing the company's brand;Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans;Maximise efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration;Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity;Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans;Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary;Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives;Plan, develop, implement the goals of Region;Improve profitability by identifying and capitalizing the new opportunities (production, sales);Manage the daily of Production, Services Centers, Maintenance and small sales team, as well as performance management;Manage high customer satisfaction ratings and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction;Identify new opportunities to increase region performance;Interacts with key customers.

    The Successful Applicant Degree in Management, Operations Management, or similar areas;10+ years's operations/Industrial Units/sales experience, client relationship management, business development, operations management, and team leadership;Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management;Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity;Experience in developing budgets and business plans;Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex:
    SAP, ERP, CRM);Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills;Results-oriented; Must be a good communicator and have skills like listening;Strong organizational skills and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines. What's on Offer Opportunity to lead a transformation project.
