We are looking for a senior professional to be responsible for managing all payroll activities in the EMEA region.
- Experience in running a global payroll organization and understanding the various aspects of dealing with different countries
- Leading a team of 4 people, some located in other countries
- Familiar with a global provider.
- Business partner with accounting in continuous improvement project to ensure an efficient flow of information
- Responsible for other payroll and benefit related issues such as pensions in various countries, and interaction with local actuaries.
- Prior experience in implementation of global payroll systems / processes is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Fluent in English
- Must have a proactive, positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced, growthoriented environment
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated strong process skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and SAP experience a plus
