Payroll Manager - EMEA

We are looking for a senior professional to be responsible for managing all payroll activities in the EMEA region.

  • Experience in running a global payroll organization and understanding the various aspects of dealing with different countries
  • Leading a team of 4 people, some located in other countries
  • Familiar with a global provider.
  • Business partner with accounting in continuous improvement project to ensure an efficient flow of information
  • Responsible for other payroll and benefit related issues such as pensions in various countries, and interaction with local actuaries.
  • Prior experience in implementation of global payroll systems / processes is a plus

Experience:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Must have a proactive, positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced, growthoriented environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated strong process skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and SAP experience a plus
