Payroll Manager - EMEA

We are looking for a senior professional to be responsible for managing all payroll activities in the EMEA region.

Experience in running a global payroll organization and understanding the various aspects of dealing with different countries
Leading a team of 4 people, some located in other countries
Familiar with a global provider.
Business partner with accounting in continuous improvement project to ensure an efficient flow of information
Responsible for other payroll and benefit related issues such as pensions in various countries, and interaction with local actuaries.
Prior experience in implementation of global payroll systems / processes is a plus

Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills is a must
Fluent in English
Must have a proactive, positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced, growthoriented environment
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated strong process skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and SAP experience a plus
