_Team Leader - Management Trainee - English - On Site Lisbon_

**_Responsibilities_
_ _:
_Supervising a group of agents, with the main responsibility of coaching, reporting, executing action plans, maintaining utilization and day to day operational management_

_ _

_Ensuring achievement of SLA targets_

_ _

_Conducting daily and weekly meetings to share business updates_

_ _

_Conducting RCA to identify drivers impacting performance, and works closely with QAs, Trainers & SMEs to improve team performance_

_ _

_Perform other tasks requested by the manager to reach team objective or the company's objectives based on current needs._

_ _

_Perform all tasks in compliance with Genpact internal policies and procedures._

_ _

_Successfully graduating from the training plan attached to the position and the tasks_

_ _

_Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;_

_ _

_Updating the working procedures periodically_

_ _

_Supporting any systems/tools implementations applicable to the processes in scope_

_ _

_Provide feed-back on team members' process performance, identify domain knowledge gaps and plan relevant training sessions to address those gaps_

_ _

_Participate in the selection_

_Minimum qualifications_

_Advanced level of English, min B2. _

_Solid understanding of workflow, tools used for providing services_

_ _

_Previous experience in managing team_

_ _

_Experience working as an Agent in same/similar workflows_

_ _

_Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project_

_ _
