Metyis is growing We are looking for a UX UI Lead to join our Design team.

What you will do:

- you will be integrating a multi-disciplinary international team of designers and developers working on digital product solutions for a wide variety of clients and industries.

Alongside the rest of the design team, you will lead User Experience design programmes — having direct contact with external stakeholders — and User Interface design systems, from wireframes to pixelperfect components for development.
As a senior designer, you are expected to have strong leadership and people skills, to guide your team across projects.
You will be responsible for the quality of the team's output and managing timelines.

What you'll bring:

Overall 6+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
Good knowledge of UX methodologies and tools:
Elaboration of UI, usability and comparative assessments
User research, protopersonas and user journeys
Content strategy and information architecture
Wireframe, mockup and prototype
Creation of design systems
AB testing
Good analytical capabilities
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Powerpoint
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Solid experience designing eCommerce solutions
Problemsolving and creative thinking
Professional proficiency in English
Teamwork spirit and an openminded mindset
Ability to manage time independently
Ability to engage with external stakeholders
Good communication skills (both verbal and visual)
A curious mind with attention to detail
Accountability and adaptability

Nice to have:

Sketch
AdobeXD
Adobe InDesign
Adobe After Effects
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience working in Agile teams
