    Backend AI Developer with expertise in developing robust and scalable systems, collaborating closely with front-end teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.


    Job Description


    We are seeking a highly skilled Backend AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining backend infrastructure powering specialized AI assistants. These assistants streamline helpdesk support, back office operations, and HR functions by leveraging AI-driven functionalities to enhance productivity and user experience.



    • Developing robust, scalable backend systems using Python and popular frameworks such as FastAPI;

    • Collaborating closely with front-end teams to integrate and deliver consistent high-quality user experiences tailored to each assistant's function;

    • Incorporating AI-driven functionalities into the backend architecture;

    • Actively participating in agile development processes including code reviews sprint planning continuous improvement of backend architectures;


      iA minimum of 3 years' experience in developing backend web applications using .iiProficiency implementing REST APIs ensuring robust data integration;iA growth mindset willing expand technical skills explore emerging technologies within an AIt context.ivAbility clearly explain complex concepts non-technical stakeholders.vExperience working ATeam particularly frameworkst LangChain LangGraph valuedviFamiliarity language models LLMs cloud services especially Azure support.AI driven projectsviiBasic understanding machine learning concepts facilitate innovative integrationsJoin us shape future technology.
