    We're looking for a dynamic Senior/Middle Salesperson (Capital Markets) to drive new business growth in banking and capital markets.

    Responsibilities:
    Identify and closing new deals in the Banking and Capital Markets space. Represent the company and help position IEU as an industry leader and trusted advisory.
    Understand industry problems and collaborate with the Delivery team to create meaningful service offerings.
    Leverage IEU expertise across traditional and emerging technologies to develop value propositions that address the client's business problems.
    Negotiate deals with clients (scope and budget) supported by the Delivery team. Mentor junior staff.


    Requirements:

    Proven experience with sales or consulting in Banking and capital markets companies.6+ years of relevant business development experience selling IT services.

    Product sales and financial services ecosystem is a plus.
    Track record on achieving revenue numbers.
    Experience with Software contract negotiations, including multi-stakeholder projects.
    Hands on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
    Understanding of market rates and strong negotiation points.
    Ability to understand emerging technologies and their impact on the Banking and Financial services sector.


    Soft skills:
    Strong network in the Banking and capital markets sector.
    Strong network within the IT services industry. Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to understand new business opportunities inside of clients and grow accounts.
    Ability to define specific ground-breaking solutions within abstract environments - white boarding capabilities.
    Track record of interacting and building relationships with Senior Executives of financial institutions.
