- Mandatory knowledge of Computer Networks (minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment);
- CCNA mandatory;
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite;

- Troubleshoot with Switch Owners in case of configuration issues with Network Devices;
- Support in incident troubleshooting related to connectivity issues of switches/routers/firewalls/WLC to restore connectivity with the DataHub, ensuring data flow between active network equipment and the Data Hub;
- Verify and ensure all active network equipment maintains connectivity with the DataHub, ensuring the data flow between active network equipment and the Data Hub;
- Assist responsible parties in registering active network equipment;
- Support in monitoring service levels with the service management team;
- Advanced support in infrastructure configuration tasks (i.e., Juniper, netflow, wlan, scalance, RADIUS, IP Helper);
- Monitor configuration levels by the supplier;
- Technical meetings with providers;
- Weekly team meetings.
