Job Profile
We are looking for a trainee for the role of Assistant Project Manager and Processes Control to contribute and support the control of IT projects and Processes within the Infrastructure Network and Security team.
In parallel, the job includes also track of team's processes and recurrent tasks (Timesheets, Audit Items/Risks, Licenses, etc).
The Trainee will work closely with Team Leaders, other Project Managers and the Engineers of Infrastructure Network and Security team to ensure the that the information capped is reliable and that the actions points are tracked and executed.
- Track and control team planning under project deadlines;
- Able to communicate and gather technical information from project stakeholders;
- Perfectly understand the team role and objectives under a certain project;
- Track activities under management platform such as JIRA;
- Organize team planner and make sure that each activity is tracked;
- Generate team activities KPIs;
- Improve team processes and documentation;
Essential:
Overview knowledge of Project Management;
Skills in reporting and presentation methods even if only through Academic experience;
Experience over Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Soft-Skills:
Excellent English written and verbal communications;
Good organizational skills;
Excellent inter-team communication and networking skills;
Pro-active and sense of ownership;
Be able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
