**Head of Customer Applications
Responsibilities**:
Contribute and influence the overall frontend digital platform strategy as defined by the products team and key stakeholders
Lead the team of technical leads to design, build and support best in class, enterprise grade app solutions.
Collaborate with technology leadership teams to plan, scope and develop the yearly strategy, budget and key objectives.
Own and manage the relationships with outsourced development partners, service providers, digital agencies and internal stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of the business goals to inform the product priorities and improvement recommendations.
Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product delivery strategy.
Maintain and communicate product roadmaps and release plans.
Evaluate product performance and proactively champion product improvements.
Lead the development teams to scope, plan and deliver new enhancements.
Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security).

Head of Customer Applications - Skills:

Proven experience in a software engineering environment with a strong software development or coding background.
Thought leader in the digital platform technology space. Expertise working with project managers, technical leads, and analysts across the SDLC.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills required to manage executive communications and negotiate with partners and providers.
