JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Full QA Analyst to join our team.
As a Full QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by developing and executing test plans, tracking bugs, and identifying potential user issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute test cases and test plans
Work collaboratively with the developer team, quality control, and product management to design and implement test and validation strategies
Perform functional and nonfunctional testing using manual and automated testing techniques
Identify, track and report on software bugs and defects
Ensure product/service codes are to specification and processes are documented according to each testing phase
Meet the minimum billable hours stipulated by company leaders
Seek solutions and innovations, which contribute to the optimization of processes, whenever necessary in a project, task or internal demand

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst
Experience with ecommerce focused test cases
Knowledge in creating test cases and analyzing results
Familiarity with Cypress test automation tool
Familiarity with API postman test tool
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

Must be a portuguese citizen or have a work permit for Portugal OR:

Must be a spanish citizen or have a work permit for Spain
