Our client in Lisbon is bringing Tech Support Advisors on board for one of the most desirable brands in the world.

No two days will be the same as you'll provide speedy, personalized solutions to a wide range of customers

Your mission:

You will be a great match if you:
Are native (or near native) in Finnish and fluent in English (B2) Posses excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-techical users Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues Treat all data and personal information with the utmost confidentally Keep up with the latest smart home gadgets and tech

What you will be offered:
