    Your role in our team:

    As a Service Sales Tender Specilaist, your primary responsibility will be to excel in managing the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting tenders (proposals) related to our service offerings. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse bid requirements, and ensure the timely and accurate submission of proposals. Your expertise is critical in securing new service deals and in renegotiating existing contracts, maintaining strong client relationships.

    Your profile:

    Tender Preparation:
    o Analyse Bid Requests: Review tender documents specific to service contracts, understand client requirements, and identify key evaluation criteria.
    o Coordinate Cross-Functional Efforts: Collaborate with service delivery teams, purchasing, legal, finance, and technical experts to gather necessary information for tender responses.
    o Draft Proposals: Prepare comprehensive and competitive service proposals, addressing client needs, pricing, terms, and conditions.
    o Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with tender specifications for service offerings.
    Bid Management:
    o Timeline Management: Develop and maintain a tender calendar for service bids, ensuring timely submission.
    o Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks associated with each service tender and propose effective mitigation strategies.
    o Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiations with clients during the tender evaluation process for service contracts, including renegotiations of existing agreements.
    Stakeholder Engagement:
    o Client Interaction: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients seeking service solutions. Attend pre-bid meetings and address client queries related to service offerings.
    o Internal Collaboration: Work closely with service field sales and other customer service teams, engineering and several internal departments, to enhance service proposal content.
    Market Intelligence:
    o Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor service offerings, and market dynamics.
    o Pricing Strategies: Provide insights on pricing models and positioning for service contracts based on market research.
    Documentation and Reporting:
    o Maintain Records: Keep track of all service-related tender documentation, including versions, approvals, and correspondence.
    o Performance Metrics: Monitor win rates, success rates, and feedback to improve future service tender submissions.

    Your profile

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing tenders, bids, or proposals specifically for service contracts, preferably in a B2B industrial ecosystem.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, ERP and CRM software, and document management tools.
  • Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
