  • As part of our client's team, you will work in the Commercial department. Our client is growing and contributing to innovate and develop the payments area and needs to keep making a difference in the support provided to its clients, which is why they are looking for an ambitious person who wants to be part of this fantastic area of the payments revolution
  • Considering that you will be responsible for general, technical and administrative support, as well as guaranteeing the onboarding process for new clients, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Highlighting the advantages of our client's innovative solutions;
  • Contacting other members of the team to resolve issues more quickly.
Our client is a 100% Portuguese payment institution, established in 2007, that provides its customers with simplified solutions to make online payments and is a company regulated by the Bank of Portugal


Office:

Lisbon (central Lisbon) -> hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

Schedule: 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Friday

What are we looking for in you?:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • valued areas: management, marketing, communication, etc. (preferred);
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in customer service, with a focus on payments or e-commerce (preferred);
  • Previous experience in Customer Support;
  • Portuguese as a Native language + Level C in English (mandatory);
  • High organizational, task management, and planning skills;
  • Coherent and fluid communication, as well as excellent writing skills;
  • Strong orientation to detail and professional pride. ___
