    We are looking for candidates for a position of a client company, as follows:
    Job brief

    Mind Shifting Academy is a growing online business that is disrupting the traditional therapy and coaching industries by training life-coaches, therapists and individuals in cutting-edge 'Mind Shifting' methods that produce much faster and more transformative results than traditional approaches.

    At this stage in the growth of the business we are looking for an Admin Officer to join our team to support the smooth and efficient running of the company behind the scenes.

    Because the business is growing very fast, this role is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and grow in your professional development and responsibilities as the company grows.

    If you have experience in an administrative role, have excellent written and spoken English, and have a passion for personal development then we want to hear from you
    Requirements and skills


    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
    • Excellent MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint skills
    • Good knowledge of admin, finance and HR procedures
    • Good knowledge of laws and regulations compliance
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Strong organization skills with good attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent results in secondary school exams, additional relevant qualifications are a plus
    • Highly motivated to work hard and achieve results
    • An interest in personal development
    Responsibilities
    Administration


    • Ensure the company complies with all laws and regulations for a Madeira IBC
    • Ensure all payments to vendors have the required invoices
    • Ensure the company keeps all required records
    • Liaise with accounting company
    • Provide all invoices and bank statements on a monthly basis to accounting company
    • Process refund requests
    • Create company policies and procedures
    • Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports
    Customer support


    • Send reminders of live training calls to participants
    • Attend live training calls
    • Respond to support request emails from customers
    • Respond to Facebook messages from training participants
    • Create and update online library for each live training group
    • Send follow-up emails to live training group participants
    Miscellaneous


    • Assist with the testing of new Mind Shifting methods
    • Edit Zoom video recordings
    • Create short video clips from Zoom recordings for use on social media
    • Assist with lead generation if required
    • Perform other tasks as requested by the Director
