Work as Dutch Customer Service in Lisbon


We are looking for enthusiastic and adventurous people who plan to move to an exciting city and join a multicultural company based in sunny Lisbon.


About the Company:

Your responsibilities

  • Quick and effective assistance with inquiries for the customers
  • Receive complaints and solve inquiries on topics, clarifying any doubts the customer may have
  • Trying to solve the issue at the first contact
  • Professional management of customer data
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for most common products and/or services
  • Proactively maintain your knowledge of products, services and processes

Your profile:


  • You have a proficient level of Dutch
  • You are fluent in English (from level B2)
  • EU citizenship or a work permit valid in Portugal
  • You can live and work in Portugal for at least one year
  • You are able for a fulltime position (40h per week)
  • You are a proactive, selfmotivated and team player person
  • You have great communication skills.
  • You are oriented to solve the client's needs.
