    Maintenance Management Opportunity in a Vibrant City Location

    We are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Professional to join our team in a bustling city location. As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities, equipment, and technical operations.


    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and experience in hotel maintenance or a similar technical role. You will be responsible for planning and supervising daily maintenance operations across the hotel, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance for guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.


    You will also assist with monitoring and maintaining building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Additionally, you will coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
