  • Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
  • To support the development and implementation of effective communication strategies for adidas GBS and tactics that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with the organization's and company's business goals. This role involves supporting the creation and managing of communication channels and platforms, drafting and editing internal communications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop messaging that reinforces the adidas culture, mission, and values. The position also plays a key role in communicating organizational changes, updates and initiatives to employees, and monitoring the effectiveness of internal communication strategy for the GBS organization. The ultimate goal is to foster a strong sense of community within the organization and drive employee engagement, promoting collaboration and organizational alignment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global GBS Communications Lead with ensuring a communication plan and adhoc needs of the senior leadership team that supports business objectives and enhance employee engagement
  • Support the organization of events, storytelling and community building to drive employee engagement
  • Create strategies for communicating organizational changes, updates and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage and maintain communication channels including SharePoint, Viva Engage and other digital and traditional platforms
  • Produce impactful presentations, videos and creative storyboards
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create messaging that reinforces our company culture, mission and values
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the global communication programs, making adjustments as necessary to optimize engagement and results
  • Support additional communications projects based on demand

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Comprehensive understanding of communication and business topics
  • Ability to manage independently deliverables and dealines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent writing, video editing and design skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Viva Engage and Teams)
  • Business fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Relevant experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Experience of working with senior leaders and understanding of their needs is a plus
  • Understanding of a Global Business Services subprocess and the reality of operating it as service is a plus
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications or marketing agency
