Regional Executive Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Manager

Job Purpose


The Strategic Talent Sourcing Expert will partner with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & HR Business Partners to support senior business clients in building talent bench strength for key regional leadership and unique roles.

They will use strong market knowledge, adept stakeholder management skills, creativity and innovation to help Amgen attract, develop and retain top talent and achieve its goal of being the best place for talent

What you will do


Responsibilities:


Sourcing and Selecting the Best Talent to Build Bench Strength- Partner with regional Talent Management, HR and Senior Regional Business Leaders to understand/ assess organizational talent gaps in relation to the current state of succession plans for key leadership and unique roles.

- Conceptualize, develop and implement a plan of action for talent pipelining and mapping strategies in partnership with key stakeholders- Support HR Business Partners and Recruiters on pipelining strategy- Proactively investigate new ideas to build innovative sourcing strategies and provide business & HR Leaders with the strategic market insights- This role works independently across all region and all functions

Deliver Talent Acquisition Services- Lead end to end recruitment process for select vacancies- Run regional scale up projects as required

What we expect of you


Qualifications:

Essential- University Degree in Life/ Social Sciences, Business Admin. or equivalent- Proficiency in English.

Desirable- Specialist training and/or qualification in recruitment or talent management- Proficiency in multiple languages.

Job Experience

Essential- Proven track record as an in-house sourcer/recruiter or executive search consultant- Life sciences recruitment experience- Proven success in building and maintaining talent pipelines- Consistent track record delivering high quality service to senior clients

Desirable- Experience of leading TA service delivery within a broader HR department- General HR experience e.g. HRBP
