As a Customer Support you will:

After sales support of all customers' requests in Dutch BY EMAIL:

Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e.

troubleshooting, fraud order and returns:
"My toothbrush stopped working", "My TV arrived today after the repair, however it's still not working"

Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i

e:
I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering"

Answers delivery questions like: "I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue"

What do we offer?

Possible start in December:

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.

meal allowance):

€1238 gross x 12 months or €1100 gross x 14 months,

up to €100 gross performance bonus,

€7.23 NET/day meal voucher

Working time frames: Monday to Saturday 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m (40h per week, 5days per week)

Full time, renewable employment contract for 12 months (according to the Portuguese law) wit the possibility of prolongation indefinitely
